Ok, so when I went to tool and did the command line: tool structure levels\beginner beginner I get this message >> "Couldn't read map file './toolbeta.map'
building intermediate geometry...
### ERROR model file has wrong version number." I have absolutely no idea what this means. Please helppp!

Another thing that seems wrong is that when I right click on Tool and click run as administrator it doesn't do the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\ thing, but it DOES do that when I just run it as a normal user.

This error is not the result of admin access issues. Parse your JMS file for anything that doesn't belong. This is usually parsing information at the beginning and end of the file (if you use Chimp). Bluestreak does not write anything of this nature to its JMS operations. Failing that, re-export your scene and see if that changes anything.

I re-exported it multiple times and deleted the "**begin Jms*** stuff and the "**End Jms**" and I still get that same error.
Are you sure about the admin part? Because I ran everything else as administrator but Tool. I can't run Tool as administrator because when I right click and click run as admin it just goes back to the normal CMD...
