Been looking around for some good tutorials, but with no luck...
Didn't find anything in the site or Ghost's index either. Yes, I've tried googling: snow tutorial hce, but nothing popped up. So, I just need to know how to make it snow in a map. |

If the map is portaled, you need to set the weathering to all the exterior portals individually.
