As said last time, if you want help with HPC programs, go to a HPC forum. If your gonna ask for help in a HCE forum, the instructions we give you will be with HCE tools.
So, that being said. Open your texture in a image editor, save as TIF, place it into your data folder. Example location: halo custom edition\data\examplefolder\examplebitmap.TIF tool command for above location: tool bitmap examplefolder\examplebitmap open guerilla, locate shader for item you want to change, find basemap slot, click [...] locate bitmap, compile map you want. example secnario location: halo custom edition\tags\levels\test\bloodgulch\bloodgulch.scenario example command: tool build-cache-file levels\test\bloodgulch\bloodgulch

But HPC tools do NOT work on HCE.
HMT 3.5, HHT and SparkEdit are HPC tools. Use only with HPC.
HEK (sapien, guerilla, tool), HEK+, and Gmax/3Ds Max are HCE tools. Use only with HCE.
You cannot use one with the other. It just doesn't work that way.
If you really want to continue using HPC tools, I highly suggest you go search for a HPC modding forum, as you'll find no help about those tools here.
We'll keep telling you what to do with HCE tools, and you'll just keep getting confused/frustrated about it.
