http://forum.halomaps.org/index.cfm%3Fpage=topic&topicID=37580So, it did work for him after renaming the DLL, but he doesn't want to do that because hes finally figured out what the DLL is for. its for some version of photoshop apparently (im assuming CS5 since 4 works for me)
One thing you gotta know about HEK tools.. when they complain about a DLL file, its not that they want that file, its that they don't want it.
So, if you want both HEK and photoshop on your computer, 1) your gonna have to swap the DLL back and forth (which requires to move the dll from the windows folder without windows running) or 2) use a virtual machine for either HEK or photoshop, 3) get a different version of photoshop.
Or, he could of been completely wrong about photoshop not opening after moving the DLL, who knows (cause I think we would of had more complaints by now if it really was caused by photoshop..)
