Hey esfinge, i think for a good gameplay, put item collection in the map wth COD weapons ^^ because when i haven't ammo is very difficult for fighting other guy lol ;)

ammo is not a problem when you have over 500 rounds unless your using the law
i also sugest a little back ground blur when using iron sights seems more realistic and its close to cod feel

I'm sorry, but this is very poor. The layout of that map in CoD is designed in a specific way, and you have not really taken that into consideration judging from the video.

The BSP is VERY poor, it is basically a box with a ground bitmap from the tutorial map which ships with the HEK. Shipment has variation in the ground, as in small hills for a gameplay reason, your's is just flat.

All you have really done is find (maybe tag) some modern weapons and stick a load of scenery in the map... if you where to make it a accurate copy with all of the scenery on the outside of the map I would be impressed.

I rate this 1/10

lol so harsh
if theres anything fun about halo it is utilizing the environment in the map*hiding behind corners or running around routes where people dont usually go and run around the map* this is basically shipment guys its a flat ground with fences which is now dirt wall in a giant pit

there are alot of things that would make up for bad things in this map

and from my knowledge this is the first cod map released for the community on halo ce

the only real problem i have is the bugs if they can be fixed and the fact that there is a zoom in halo already so you dont need to switch it out with a nade if you dont like th elayout just configure it

there are plenty of shader and textures on this site
sphinx should work up some animations nade tossing

i think there is enough resources out there to make it look like cod or shipment
grass
scenery

i think its the gameplay and feel that counts though because he is tryiing to make it cod style more than a cod map

In Firefight decent there are loadouts (not sure if it works online)
perhaps you can make classes
pointman
sniper
cqc
etc

have any of you actually played it? why judge on looks, look at sandtrap its a very good replica of the halo 3 map, but its complete shiit. i found this map very fun specially when you play oddball.

Well, i personally judged on looks by judging the size of the gaps between the scenery based on the player. And from what I can tell it is proportioned wrong and the layout is bad.

And it does also look like a closeup shot of a potato with some mold on.

Milkkookie you have s... on your eyes ??????????????????? the maps totaly suck the bsp is BEURRRKKKKKKK, the gameplay suck etc... I think just thanks to daniloc for weapons and biped (its rip but) and thanks to Lone wolf.

also, hilaris you should be listening tho this kinda crit too, the way you think your team's powerhouse is near-complete.

Hell, for this game engine you only need REALLY BASIC modeling skill to make the basic shapes of objects and then download a texture from the Internet and manipulate it so that it will work. Current-Gen engines you are expected to create the texture from scratch yourself and also model a highpoly version of the objects (walls ect) and use that to bake out normal maps and AO maps ect...

So quit with the excuses.

the only thing I'm not big on is ADS, just doesn't work good with halo, I'd rather throw a frag grenade than look down a sight any day

rather unneccesary. proper knowledge of english would indicate i'm refering exclusively to hilaris when I say "you".
then again, if you feel that a significant part of the community is braindead and uneducated (which is probably true), feel free to make absolute sure that they understand it only refers to hilaris :)
