Hi guys, I am working on a few pieces of scenery that I want to possibly have permutations and I am looking about how to go about doing this. Would anyone be willing to explain how to have a simple permutation such as a crate sticker for different things (munitions, medical, etc) If not, could someone recommend a good tutorial.

For model perms, you put each perm into the same "models" folder, compile, and you get a pered gbxmodel. For something like a sticker, I'm pretty sure there are such thing as shader/bitmap permutations. People have used them for player emblems and secondary player colors. I actually don't know how they are made, but you can look at the material perms on certain h2 bipeds.
