im working on custom animations for a pelican that has landing gear and actual bay doors, the thing is, i imported one of the pelicans on the site that has retracting landing gear to use as a reference but the animation is messed up severely. so far i know that it is 2 frames, and it is a JMO. what i need to know is, how is the animation set up

either

frame 1 - retracted
frame 2- opened

or


frame 1 - opened
frame 2- retracted

same goes for the front landing gear, and what would be the doors. help would be appreciated, once this is done, my halo 3 pelican will be ready for release

Frame 1 = open
Frame 2 = retracted

Also I'd like to ask (if you're working on the pelican that has a nose minigun) if you'd be willing to make the turret swivel all the way around.
