i know that the blitzkrieg installer does only the versions of 6,7,8, but now they need one for 9,10,11,12, i own 10 and i cant make a map without it so what do i do?

Isn't Bluestreak the usual solution for making JMS files? I've never actually tried exporting files for making maps, but have a look anyway:
