The Area series are probably the only good ai Multiplayer maps that is well thought out(it is may be even better than most of the SPs here). The only exception is
Great War Hopeless Battle by XARMOG:
http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1952 Madness part 4 by (the other madness maps suck. The guy even gave up on ai Multiplayer maps and moved on to crappier single player maps. Those maps not only cheat, they wont allow you to respawn or have checkpoints):

http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=4942You may also want to try out the prequels like Area 49 though they do not have much of the Area magic Eric gave us. It's made by Katana who created most of the revamps. She also made some of her own maps which you should try out.
Another map that you may be interested in is Blast1, a firefight style AI multiplayer map by A Sock. Play this map with 5 lives and try to survive the 10 rounds. A special boss will appear at the end.
BTW, there are people like Eric who already know that AI doesn't sync. He doesn't give a damn about that. So what if the clients kept getting owned by invisible AIs and saw lots of biped rejects. It's still fun.
