Hi guys, i am also making a Halo combined mapping team that includes tags from all the halos, Single Player Mods (that's us!), I already have all the tags we need! just post and you can join! if you do, then when we upload a finished mission, the author will be: "Combined Ops Mapping Team", and a list of people in the group in the description! I am starting the first mission, here is the plan:

Main Objective:
Find Charlie Team

Secondary Objectives:
Get to the power center and disable the Covenant radio
Locate the last location of Bravo team

Type: H3 ODST
Weapon: H3 Battle Rifle
Death: At the power center

Looks like a good campaign, but this is different, you start the game in a pelican with your squad:

Typically noob, stop making teams and learn how to do things yourself first. These kind of teams will fail to make good content as they just accept anyone no matter what they can do...

Your not cool because you can make a mapping team... just make maps with friends and learn rather than doing this crap.

Woah bro, give him a chance to learn at the very least! No need to constantly put him down just because of every team thread he makes. Try encouraging him, show him some tutorials. The more you say "OH GOD WHAT THE HELL, U CANT MAKE TEAMS U WORTHLESS PEICE OF ASS" the more discouraged he'll be. What a community >.>

Since when has HaloMaps ever been a community? I've always thought of it as a group that rarely works together :x

Why are you remaking all these clans?

Most of these clans are still up, there just slowed down.

Sort of like those three kids that sit in the corner of the nursery with a box of Legos. One of them is yelling at the other for messing up his tower, one of them has six blocks stuck in his nose, and the other is yelling "You're doing it wrong."

That's what I do, and it probably works 50 times better than if I made my own team. Why? Well, I'm pretty smart, so it's easy to work with my own intelligent ideas. :P It's very easy to implement your intelligent and/or creative ideas easier without having other people to hold you back or coordinate with. But don't get me wrong, if you have good teammates in game of Halo, you'll rule the universe. Samething with making Halo, if you've got an efficient and communicative team, you'll dominate all of the other teams.

inb4 noob refuse to read tutorial, impatient, has ADHD and must do something, cannot read a 3+ line paragraph, too lazy, "cant afford 3ds max" (Which student licenses are now free, without authoriation of a school) etc, etc...

How do I get 3ds max? I mean come on, GOOGLE IT... Oh it didnt pop up... Well when you see Autodesk USA website which is liek the first 10 pages of result, find the words 3ds max in there somewhere, click it, and click try free for 30 days.

If you want to make a level, you cant just be like "TREES!" and u have a level....
Making content involves EFFORT. Even ripping requires effort on this level of stupidity. (No offence, but half the "new members of halomaps" are like ADD ME ON FXIRE, GIMME H3 FOLODS AND LEMEM REELE3A4ZZ As my stuffz, k?)

Some kid asked me for Halo 3 floods, of course knowing me I had all of them, first thing he asked was what is a .tif file., and went ballistic when he saw a .max file. WTF, he said he wanted to release flood tags.... Is me giving you flood tags and then you releasing them, called your work? Rips or not, that's just like unexplainable stupidity

Guys i still did not finish making the first mission, i will show an example once finished, then will you believe me?

anyway, do i use the H3 grunts tags or the grunts used in the H3 Style Campaign?

See, if I was making a campaign, I'd not go around boasting that I'd got some stuff into sapien. No, I'd keep it to myself until release, so there's no big disappointments or scoffing.

The Characters will be changed later on, i still have not decided on the characters, just changed the first one.
