Going to guess it was a counter to Active Camo?
It's just a leftover powerup that was never used, and afaik doesn't do anything. |

Hm. Well is there a way to make it do something? There's double-speed, overshield, active camo.... is there a way to replace the "full-spectrum vision" slot with some other sort of ability?

It was supposed to incorporate changing the gamma values for a limited time to see active camo agents and troops generally easier.

Well, it's got a Jackal shield in there..... is there a way I could make it change your shield properties to that, so you can deflect ballistics for a short period of time?
