Not completely sure, but isn't it in the animation graph in the .biped?
Try changing the characters\marine\marine to characters\cyborg\cyborg.
(cyborg.model_animation)

Not sure how this would turn out, could someone confirm?

Ok i tried that:

04.17.11 20:05:07 the model 'h3r\characters\odst\odst' and the animation graph 'characters\cyborg\cyborg' don't match
04.17.11 20:05:07 the object 'h3r\characters\odst\marine2' will not animate

Am about to see what happens ingame now

Ok well you dont spawn because of the fact the biped will not animate.

Help?

No you don't need to rerig it. All you need is kornmans guerilla. open the animation tag you want to use. In it scroll all the way down and you'll see node list checksum copy the numbers list in that and open your model tag. In that at the top you'll see node list checksum. past the numbers you copy'd earlier and save. heres a link to kornmans HEK it has the guerilla you need http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1081
