Then he shouldn't have a problem because of the fact that something was patched up to 1.09ce.

There are a number of reasons why a third party application can not read the version of the game only one of which that the person is running a hacked or pirate copy. Jumping to that conclusion in the absence of facts in closed minded and small.
People will need additional information such as the version of the game (patch level) the Operating system, 32 or 64 bit and the exact application your are trying to operate before they can assist. |
