loadouts don't work in MP correct?

Darn. It would be a great way to keep poly counts in a map low to not have any or at least barely any pickup weapons.

Well, there are ways of doing that. Just not with a loadouts script.
You can make the weapons detonate when dropped.

Then there would be no weapon variety.

Yeah, that's the main issue. :/
Oh well. It's not able to happen anyway it sounds like.
