I'm trying to use the script extractor tool but every time i open it it crashes and says MSVCP100.dll was not found, so ummm wtf?

maybe you should google the MSVCP100.dll file and put into your halo ce folder.

srry typo, its mvscr100.dll, but i googled downloaded, put in ce folder, and still get the same error

okay,If it says you are missing file(s), you need to download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 runtime components here: (see readme.txt)
^that's from the description on the script extractor,you do have that microsoft visual C++ 2010 runtime installed right?

No, that will not fix the problem. Delicon, download the C++ runtime environment as has been said. Just adding to the confirmation is all.
