i see you have DMT weapons malolo420 made. i read you plan on releaseing unprotected. what you dont see is he is very much alive working on finishing OD. stop ripping tags regardless. its pathetic unless you keep them private to your self and stop showing pics :|. why...just why...the old rippers where WAY cooler. they never released anything with the exception of dratt lol. where did all the respect go in protected maps?

In all honesty, I don't care what any of you think about rippers or rips, keep your opinions to yourself please or take it to rippers vs non-ripping discussion thread. I'll do what I want, I can guarantee the map maker won't die if his tags are used in an unprotected map, the most that will probably happen is a small spark of annoyance in the back of his mind that some useless bg mods may be released with his tags in it.

got bored of modern warfare combat type modding so I went and made a mod of Lumoria that combined it with Ifafudafi's ASCM, was gonna release today but now ima wait till higuy releases the new fixed version of ep 1 rather than give out the crappy unfixed ep 1

gameplay's great imo, should be really fun for those who loved Ifafudafi's campaign mod and Lumoria.

since I got school this week and will prolly have to do the scenario all over again since things like camera tracks hav been changed in the updated version, expect the mod out prolly wednesday or maybe a little later, depends on how much homework the teachers dish out this week.

will upload pics tomorrow prolly, but since the mod isn't anything big I don't really see a point in doing that, but I do pointless things anyway all the time (keep it clean)

k so I made a commentary vid to explain whats up with my wip mods. yeah I know none of you really giv an eff but I was bored and so I decided to make this

the ingame sound get ahead of the video feed (thx a lot xfire) but I didn't remove it

I think I'm gonna start doing playthroughs of sp mods with commentary so I can get more used to talking into the mic. After getting some experience with this sort of thing hopefully my next commentary update won't be as horrid as this one.

things I noticed with camtasia

1: even with 30fps set, its laggy as hell
2. media editing interface is not very user friendly imo
3.can't take the recorded clips and use them in windows movie maker
4. doesn't record the game window only (even when in full screen)
5. couldn't find the option to make it NOT record the damn mouse
6. cannot upload vids to the pc

granted the quality of the video and the sound is good, overall camtasia imo is a horrid nightmare

I'm currently uploading a video test of it anyway but it's off my list of tools for recording

maybe I should consider being a pirate, yohoho an a bottel a' rummm! :p

also I will admit wmm isn't the most amazing video editing software out there but I'm used to the interface and I work better with it.

I guess I'll try one of those other video editors and see how they work.
