I googled 3ds prices. At yahoo answers people were saying that the student version is like $100
and the commercial version is about $3500. I bet all of you guys have the student version. Could I just use the trial version. But what if it runs out? Can I just install and reinstall over and over again :D? Or would Gmax be fine? (I already have it). |

GMax works fine, 3DS just has more tools to get it done faster.

Most 3D apps are becoming free (for students anyway). Check Autodesk's website for more information, that high price point is due to the amount of money that can be made from using 3DS btw.
