Download HEK+ from this site then use that to extract a scenario and tags from an unprotected map. Then use Sapien, found in the HEK (also on this site), to open the scenario and start editting

When i try and extract the scenario it freezes on one of the files on the output, is this supposed to happen? :/

The scenario is most likely protected
