can it be that in the live there is only 20-30 players.coagulation is only map where is more than 2 players. i have downloaded some maps but i cant see them in the game.ive put them in the maps folder. so is it true that there is so little players. or do i need to update halo 2 or what?and how i can get those downloaded maps work? than you! (sorry my english)

halo 2 doesnt have many players when you compare to halo 1.
now the thing is that live browser was down yesterday, and today there were just few people, usualy there are more.

about custom maps. there are 2 maps folders for halo 2, the one where default and campaing maps are held, and other where custom are.

the custom map folder is in documents/my games/halo 2/maps

BTW. there is only 1 version of halo 2 you can play with other people, GFWL automaticly updates it, so you have right version.

there are about 7 different dedicated servers running custom maps. so yes, there are a good chance to play with other people.
