Hi there. How do I get a recorded animation into my scenario? I know that you have to import the animations but i can't find any in my tags. I know i have 'extracted' the tags from some of the campaign maps but I can't find them.

You import recorded animations to your scenario through sapien by clicking on another scenario that has the animations while yours is open.

ok thanks. But what if the scenario is a campaign map that u can't usually open in sapien? And how do you know what the anims are called?

You want to have your map's scenario open, and when you click "import recordings" you would just select the scenario that has the animations you need.

Doesn't matter whether or not you can open it. =P

ok but how do i script the animations if i don't know what theyre called?

After importing the recording they should show up in the recordings folder, only viewable while the scenario is open.

Yeah it's in sapien. Good luck, recorded animations can be a pain at times. By the way, sapien will also import flags, you can delete them just remember to place flags where you want the ships to start at.

Ok since i'm not using custom animations in the sp u will see the ship fly away
