An all-dev is used to invoke a state in the game where it is possible to use the developer console that was used by Bungie during game production. There are two ways to activate this "mode": In a shortcut, put -console -devmode after the directory path of the application. Open the game with this shortcut, and use ~ to activate the console. Download AllDev from the Halomaps website. Open Halo and open AllDev. Press PgUp to turn on the "mode" for devmode. Press ~ to use the console commads. Press PgDown to turn off the mode for devmode. I hope this answered all inquiries.
