a friend asked me to ask for him, so how would i make my halo custom edition dedication server have a ping? We have both tried using SAPP and Gandanur, put no success

I'm assuming you meant something else other than ping, because every server has ping. Ping is just a way for users to tell what their latency is on a server.

no some Dedi servers do have 0 ping for every one.

All servers have a ping, I assume a 0 ping would mean that the server can not be reached. This would mean that you can't establish a connection to the server.

Ping is a value that shows the time it takes for a signal to get from the server to you, measured in Milliseconds.

This probably means that your friend has his server set up incorrectly. He should check ports and firewalls.

i dont mean ping in the sense that u take it. but wen u start up halo, and you're about to join a server, on the far right hand side, theres a column that says ping (some servers show it, and others dont) I would like to know how to make my server have its ping shown

there isnt a way, sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt, not really anything u can do to fix it.
