I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to implement a ship (Like an Assault carrier) Into a BSP with mostly proper collision geometry.

If you want an Assault Carrier, there's one on this site; it's a scenery object. Use The Ghost's gbxmodel importer to get the shape into your BSP, then use a bitmap extractor to get the textures from the bitmap files.
If you want something like the damaged POA from d40, use a BSP exporter to extract the BSP from the scenario BSP file, then use an OBJ importer to import that BSP into your scene, and have fun with it.

Thanks. I have a small fleet set up, and I'm presently texturing it. Do you know where I can find a good bitmap extractor? I looked for one, but none I downloaded work.

http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=2027 Batch Bitmap Extractor (by good 'ol FireScythe). I use it, and I have Windows 7 bootcamped on a Mac. I see no reason why it wouldn't work for you. And the actual 'batch' feature is quite handy.

I ran as administrator, now I can actually open them, but something still goes wrong, and I can't view or extract.

Sounds like either your bitmaps are corrupted, or perhaps the UAC is interfering...I don't know for sure though. Try opening the bitmap tags in guerilla. 1) You can preview them within guerilla, and 2) if you actually get tag-looking data, then it would appear that your bitmaps are fine. If so, then I'm not sure what your problem is. The extractor doesn't preview the files; it just extracts them in a format you choose to the same location in your data folder.
