Ok geting closer every step i take. One thing still stands in the way. Every time i try to add something to the map in sapien, sapien closes and makes a copy of the map. when i open the copy the object is thier but it still closes and makes a copy of the map every time i add something

that means that you could not load the camera inside the bsp for no reason just look up down left and try to find ur bsp. then you get there load console and type this command

Camera_set

Camera set requires two arguments, a camera point and a speed. Unless you already had a camera point at the center, I don't think this command would be very useful for you. You could always place a camera at the origin or wherever the center of your BSP is in Guerilla, name it, and use the camera set command on it in Sapien.

Its been long gamma. You are probably one of the best scripters out there. I got inside my bsp but every time i add something sapien closes and makes copy of my map. When i open the copy the object is there but it continues to do it. The map I'm working on is the only one doing it

Make sure your bsp is located at 0,0,0 and has portals. You can also create a scenery object, edit it to be at 0,0,0 and then double click it in the hierarchy view. Should bring you directly to the object, and if the bsp is at 0,0,0, then it should bring you directly into your map.

You might also want to make sure you actually did export everything correctly and your not just exporting the frame. (is that even possible though?)

A "portal" is a way to break up the map so not everything is rendered and lowers your fps. It can also control what sounds play in what areas and the weather/wind, etc.
