Can't stop crapping.

I have my server running, but I cant see it in the game spy lobby. My init.txt file follows
sv_name "Button's Server"
sv_public 1
sv_maxplayers 16
sv_password ****
sv_rcon_password *****
sv_mapcycle_timeout 15
sv_tk_ban 5
sv_tk_cooldown 2m
sv_tk_grace 3s
sv_tk_penalty 5m 10m 0

sv_mapcycle_add sidewinder "classic_snipers"
sv_mapcycle_add icefields "classic_iron_ctf"
sv_mapcycle_begin

Also, the password is NOT ****. Neither is the Rcon.
