Merry Christmas everyone (who celibrates Christmas).

I will now present Firefight-fissurefall!

All bugs have been fixed :)

This map has:


  • Infinite random waves

  • Loadouts

  • Custom weapons (not mine)

  • lives

  • Brutes

Ah nice. Will play.

EDIT:
Ok, here's what I think about the map.
System is set up well, has a nice balance of ammo to enemies, the loadouts system is moderately cool, and overall plays pretty polished.

Things I noticed that I didn't like:
    You can see a plasma pistol when you respawn.
    Not enough loadout choices in my opinion
    Brutes are stupid and stand there while you shoot them
    A piece of scenery keeps appearing and disappearing outside of the spawn room door.
    Most of the gameplay involves me being cornered inside my base.
    No fun level-end. Just a game_lost. :\
    Waves are NOT clearly marked! This reminds me of b40-ff's confusing wave status.
    Red and green fades seem a bit cheesy to me. Might be fine for others though...


Otherwise, the map is fun, and is a nice addition to the growing collection of firefight maps in ce.

Sometimes the reinforcments sound dose not play. do not know why.

As I said, they just stand there and adsorb insane amounts of damage until they finally die.
Also, why are their shields always glowing?

Map deserves more work.
I say fix the things above that I stated, and move the player starting location to somewhere where he won't get crowded to death. Or just make the ai no want to invade that place, so you have room to go out.

Lol, I got rid of all the unnecessary features.
And anyways, there was no wave number in the map, I never knew when a wave started or began.

Otherwise, it's still fun, as I said.
