basicly what the topic says i can not uses chat in game, it used to work and i had fun talking with people but for some reason the chat no longer works, which now regulates me to cordinating with team mates through shooting them in the head then shooting where i want them to go

there are other things that could be the problem,but are you running halo in safemode?

if your sure your not running in safemode then thats not the problem (in safemode chat is disabled)

go to ur ce directory cliks redists and there should be a .msi in there run it and it will fix
