Targeted and Firing

My map is almost finished but I'm having a AI behavior issues that I would like to fix. Does anyone know a solution for any of these:

1) Every time the sword elite in my encounter attacks an enemy it does that weird yelling animation before swinging it's sword, the problem is that there are so many enemies that it does this animation constantly.-FIXED

2) What setting effects the range that an AI will fire at enemies from? I have tried adjusting everything that seems like it would effect it but so far no luck.-FIXED

3) What setting effects the fire rate that an AI will fire at with a semi-automatic weapon?-FIXED

4) I am using a custom biped with the flood animations for one of my encounters, is there a way to both slow their running speed and/or stop them from or at least reduce the amount of times that they will jump?-FIXED

5) Now my AI keep trying to evade enemies when they get too close but they are close all the time, so they just keep evading over and over instead of fighting.-FIXED but will not attack for some reason most of the time.
