extract all the tags from the map (so that sapien won't throw a fit) (keep a backup of old tagset).
in sapien, open up the .scenario file in tags\levels\*map_name* do whatever you want but usually sapien will find some BS excuse not to open the .scenario file. |

There is. Just rip the map using the HEK+ http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1542 and edit it in Gurriler\Sapien.
