Ok, here I go.
1)In my halo PC days, I have made weapons that can shoot on their own and vehicles who ram anyone that comes near it without the help of an AI. Since custom edition gives more options, how can I modify this method to make AI-less devices in CE?

2)Also in my Halo PC days, I have created...Shuffling banshees without AI. Any ideas on this?
Ans:This one was a joke. At halo PC, I played around with the vehicles physics and when they fell down, they shuffle. i mean like, they kept sliding from left to right, front and back and you can't make them go up. They shuffle so unbelievably fast that you can get killed when you get close to em. This would be create quite...unique gameplay.
3)Again in my halo PC days, well actually it was for the demo. It was old and I didn't get the mod since it was removed but it lets you kill gravity. You can walk on walls, float in the air and you even get the moon jump effect. Anyway to do this on CE?
Ans: I like your method mooseguy but other than the climb on walls checkbox it needs tweaking to get the effect in the mod. I can modify the jump anim to slow it down and give my biped the ability to fly (thank you Library CE SV for inspiration). The mod creates realistic zero gravity by letting you move forward even though you stop pressing the button. I can set the speed decrease of the biped so that it speed does not reach 0 very easily.
4)For each biped, there are two health types-Body and shields but how do you add another one like stamina?
Ans:No.I guess I should, like a lazy freelancer artist would say, if it is hard to do, fake it. I can make a tiny biped heart that spawns with the player. That biped's health will be the stamina of the player.
5)How do we make bipeds carry flags?
Ans:Still working on it.
6)how do we make bipeds ride vehicles?
Ans:scripts
7)On the ghost tutorial archives, there is a tutorial on syncing devices but the link is broken. Anyone who read this tutorial?
Ans:Unless I miss my guess, syncing basically works by using things that already sync. A script will kill a Biped, initiating a script which activates the device.
8)Like the one above, a lot of links are broken. The ghost tutorials page is in serious need of an update. The last one is in 2006. Can someone help update the page?
Ans:It's dead. let it go. There is a halo wiki tutorial resource with more tutorials.
9) Is it possible to make the player stick to another player,vehicle etc. ? I want to create a damage effect that lets you hook yourself to something.
Ans:working on it
10) Can I edit the biped's melee so that it can charge like the plasma pistol?
Ans: Edit every weapon in the map to give them a charge release animation.

1) I have no idea. 2) What? 3) Walk on walls is done with a checkbox in the biped tag. For floating in the air, I think that was done by setting the jump height really high, and then the player would stick to the ceiling from the walk-on-walls effect. 4) Can't 5) Like ctf flags? only the player can do that as far as I know. Maybe bipeds with cyborg anims, but idk. 6) By using vehicle_load_magic in a script. 7) You cannot sync devices without the biped crush script. Doors are ok. 8) I don't think anyone will. Look on the wiki halo tutorial resource instead, it has more. 9) No, Halo 1 doesn't do that. Same goes for boarding. 10) Ehhhh, you can make a melee imitator by giving the weapon a melee animation for charge release, then using a projectile that only goes so far.
