Okay I have the custom animations exported from gmax, and now I need to know the command for compiling them. When I try:
tool animations levels\test\bloodgulch\dropship\
it says model animation compressed 0 bytes.. and it isnt compiled.
I also tried:
tool animations levels\test\bloodgulch\dropship\dropshipfly
tool animations levels\test\bloodgulch\

Where is your animation saved to? In this case, (judging from your directory attempts) it should be saved to this folder:
levels\test\bloodgulch\dropship\dropshipfly\animations
