Ok so for all the new people out there who don't know how Halo CE works, I'm gonna post some Frequently Asked Questions that I have seen to prevent "useless" threads that just ask a single question like "What's console?" and let's start with that.

What is console in Halo CE?
Console is a "command bar" for Halo CE, it allows you to do neat things such as using cheats, fly camera and so on. To enable console,

1) Make a shortcut for HaloCE.exe
2) Right click on the shortcut you just made and go to properties
3) On the target line, after the " (If you dont know what I'm talking about, it should be like this: "Hard_Drive_Letter/Halo_CE_Directory/haloce.exe" ) type in these : -console -devmode
4) Ingame, press the tilde key under escape, beside 1 or above tab
5) Type in the command and there you go :)

"Before you ask how to edit/make maps - read this"
http://forum.halomaps.org/index.cfm%3Fpage=topic&topicID=8580
Please read this before asking, in fact you should have read all of the admin's threads pinned at the top of the first page of "Halo CE General Discussion".
This also goes for how to add/change weapons/vehicles/etc in maps.

"My custom downloaded maps wont show! What do I do?"
Simple. Once you downloaded your map and have extracted it to somewhere on your computer, move it to "Hard_Drive_letter/Halo_CE_Directory/maps"
Then start up Halo and it should be there under the default multiplayer maps.

And quite a few people ask this: How to use Debug Camera/Fly Camera
To do this, you will need console.
Type in these 2 commands first:
"debug_camera_save"
"debug_camera_load" *Without the " " *
Then to move your camera, hold down the middle mouse button and use:
W:forward
A:Left
S:Back
D: Right
R:Raise
F:Lower
Scroll: Increase/Decrease movement speed.
While in debug camera, you can use
"cheat_teleport_to_camera" *Without the " " *
to teleport to where your camera currently is.
To return to normal sights, use:
"camera_control 0" *Without the " " *

And maybe more will come up here, Just wanted to post this instead of seeing pointless threads.....what do you guys think? (It's not that good but It'll hopefully decrease the number of pointless threads)

If they don't even bother reading stickied threads which already have "Read this before posting" as the title, I doubt you can prevent further useless threads.

It's a good try but I doubt it'll work. Cocaine has a point. You'd swear that when signing up for a forum it would be implied that there are forum etiquette rules, procedures, and FAQ posts stickied but many people just don't get it.

Is your Halo CE installed in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition ? If not, then find your Halo CE directory and place it in the maps folder

Ehh, atleast people might read it, otherwise, I'll give up doing this stuff and just mind my own business...
