EXCEPTION halt in \halopc\haloce\source\memory\array.c,#130: index>=0 && indexcount
I was working on Valhalla shaders and this happened. I traced my steps backwards and undid what I've done before this error, but to no avail.
I can't open any scenario, even ui.

Seems like you exacted a file from HEK+ that it doesn' like...
Try reinstalling HEK.
