They're being annoying by bringing up unwarranted issues, like SPV2 and bloodgulch mods which seem to be impolite to talk about in the CE society. I think that's why people (Some) view them as trolls. It's like being at Gordon Ramsay's restraunt and then talking about how large the stools you passed were.
