Msg. 1 of 2
I installed halo 2 in a custom directory, but when I click the run halo 2 button in the halo 2 map editor launcher I get this error: The executable was not found in c:\program files\microsoft games\halo 2
Now I belive It would just start up halo 2 just as you normally do, in that case this error doesn't matther at all. But I'm not sure that it runs halo 2 exactly the same as it would be run if you just started halo 2 normally.
How can I solve this simple error or does it even need to be solved anyway? (I would like to keep halo 2 in the directory it is in now btw.)

Its not a big deal, other then its slightly annoying.
One of my team members ZeroErrors made a new launcher. I'll ask him where it stores the value, its probably in the registry.
EDIT: He said it should not matter unless you moved H2V's install directory after installation. I tested mine and its working even though H2V is not in the default directory. Edited by Kills_Alone on Nov 15, 2010 at 11:51 PM
