You extracted bad globals from HEK+. Bad bad.
Now you have to either go back in you globals and fix them, or find another globals file that has everything in it.
The reason being, HEK+ likes to clear a large chunk of the data in the globals when you extract it.

I have tried that.

Extract from a MULTIPLAYER map. If you've attempted that as well, then just reinstall HEK.

I have sent him mine and after a few complaints got them sorted out. Head nobb's HEK has been restored to good health until the next round
