I've never used Gmax, so I might be wrong, but I do believe it can animate. However, there's no animation exporter for Gmax to Halo....

CAD's animation exporter may be able to export; not sure though.

Yes, it can animate. You can make animated scenery with it. i havent tried anything else.

Use CAD's animation exporter. You will have to edit the data it spits out by removing CAD's header and footer from the listener. You can then grablisten it as a .jma and such. Animating is easy to understand, find me on xfire.
