I was just wondering if its possible to use the elites melee attack?? also other animations like the dive away from grenades etc. (Halo map tools)

Only if you use the Elite's biped as the player biped.
You can't set a Spartan's animations to be an Elite's animations unless you modify them. |

I have already switched the bipeds. when i do this my elite cannot crouch nor use melee attacks. he can throw grenades properly however.

This won't work with HMT. You must use HEK and custom edition, then with the tags, you somehow have to convert them to be usable in Halo PC.

Far as I know, Elites will melee any enemy (e.g: marine, spartan) in sight, not always though. You'll have to wait a few seconds for another melee. they only do that when they have the correct animations though... and those are not in halo map tools or halo hack tools apparently, because i went into the latter and swapped tendancies to add the characters/elite/elite melee tag to the cyborg biped, but still no melee attack. |
