One hasn't been released yet (or made). And guys he's saying that if you give it to him, he will credit the creator.

You can rip it from the BSP of RPG beta 4 (or was it 5). It's not the In Amber Clad, and the model has an interior.

7zip is the main application which opens it. The latest WINRAR should have some support for it as well.

Yeah he said he'd credit the creator, he said mangenkyo told him that if he rips the tags he should credit the creators of the tags.
