How do you change your character's skin/armor? I downloaded this http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=5009 and I thought it had a readme file, explaining how to add it... But it didn't... :( I'm new to Halo CE and Modding it, Can somebody please tell me how to do this?

It's in the shader properties. The shader references the player's color, which is chosen through the main menu in the welcome screen.

Well where do I put What exactly?
The files in the folder are... Animation_Importer_v1-0-3.ms Recon.jpeg Recon_armor_textured.max
Do both of those get put in that folder? Do they get put in a specific folder? (Like maybe a folder inside the Shader Folder...)

I still don't get where I'm supposed to put these files... My best guess is to replace the Bitmaps and Shaders Files in Halo Custom Edition>tags>characters>cyborg...
Is that what I'm supposed to do? Do I just add to those? I'm very confused... :(

What you have here is a raw model. You CANNOT put a raw model into Halo. First, it must be rigged, and then run through tool (a subset of the HEK). Then, you'll have to change out your character in guerilla (another subset of HEK), and compile a map using tool again. This won't be a simple five minute character swap, as is customary in modding; rather, you're importing an asset.
