Okay well i'm planning to put in some recorded anims into the final version of my death island sp "annihalation" and i was wondering how does the vehicle know where to go for the animation? What i mean is, how do i make a dropship go to this location then wait for the passengers to get out blah blah blah.

Bungie made them fit right where they wanted them to fly. You have to make custom animations in order to make the pelicans go where YOU want them. Look at b40_firefight.

you can have recorded animations in a single player map it just requires a lot more trial and error, it can be alot of pain.

but yeah making go the way you want them is going to require custom animations.

for waiting until the ai get out would be: (vehicle_hover <vehicle_name> <boolean>)

okay but if i use those anims from bungie do they land at the starting location or a flag something like that? Or do u have to make them spawn out of sight script the anim and it lands in the place the anim specified?

Yeah, you need to start the animation out of sight.

Also, this may be deviating a bit, but does anyone know how to get a compiled jmw vehicle animation to work ingame? When I put the animation in a script for my map, the vehicle appeared for a seecond, disappeared, then never came back...
