I have my ports forwarded, even a DMZ set on my IP, yet people still can't join my server. Anyone know what's wrong?

are you making a server from the Halo CE game or is it dedicated?

I actually read the first post and realized he already did that. Are you sure you forwarded the ports correctly on your router? Pushing that because that is where most people mess up. Edited by cheater101 on Oct 9, 2010 at 02:17 PM |

Still doesn't work. I have it allowed through my firewall.. Have all of the ports forwarded.. on the correct IP. Any other suggestions?

1 IP's that has 192.168.*.* is proberly a dynamic IP. This means that the IP can change when you disconnect fron the Internet
2 Try and join your own server... http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?nid=323 do what it says in this. Goto the Halo game and change your client port to 2304. now join your dedicated server.You should be able to make join your server. Edited by magmar452 on Oct 12, 2010 at 12:59 AM |
