Well I am trying to install the new patch for Halo CE so I exit athe game and begin to install the patch and it tells me that I am not an administrator when my user account is the only administrator on the computer. Help to resolve this issue would be appreciated. I use Windows 7.

Right click, and run as administrator.

tried that for CE though and it still doesn't work. I can't play without the update so it kinda sucks
