Then you ask why. So, first we have to guess what program out of the hundreds you are talking about, and now you ask why it isn't working without saying a single word of what you are actually doing, e.i. Button's pressing, what you are trying to achieve, what it SHOULD do.

You again use the word utility, so see above rant.
You set the actions, what are actions? The CONTROLS for your playing in Halo:CE? The buttons you use to activate the application? How the HELL will we know that you are talking about...?

Then you press buttons in-game.. WELL DONE! Achievement unlocked! Care to tell us WHAT BUTTONS and what they are SUPPOSED to do!?

don't start CE with it opened. Open CE start up your app (im going to suggest using Run as Admin just to be sure) close your app, (wait exactly 1 minute and 38 seconds) and start you app again THEN, and only THEN not before THEN and definitely not after THEN press your magic keyboard buttons (you know what i keyboard is right?) thats what i have to do. just thought i would post it for you :). Oh and Mista Hunter can i just point out that i believe the word you were looking for is Psychic not Physic i could be wrong, but just thought i'd let you know :)

here's one thing we need to know: What version of CE are you using? if your using 1.09 then utilities don't work.
