Windows 7, Pentium 4 w/Hyper threading.
Found the fix for dual core systems, still crashes.
Path for HEK: C:\Users\NAME\Desktop\Halo CE\HEK
People with similar problems have more info in their debug.txt so I dont know whats going on. Wrong path? Missing tags?

Im trying to edit my ui.map to play custom music. Then mabe later go on to map making/ Modding.

I think your meant to install HEK into Halo CE's directory and not a whole new folder for HEK.

What Oyster said.
Install HEK to the same folder that Halo CE is intalled in.
This is because it shares many of the files that CE does.

Wow. How could I not know that?
Now all I got to do is figure out this whole missing tags thing.
