Ok so i need a little bit of help with this pod, i looked at a readme tutorial for vehicles and they said something about keyframes... im assuming this is the part in the animation sequence where you save it to the time line or something like that but this "base animation" type and "overlay" thing confused me. i want the doors to stay open not start flapping like i seem to get...

If you have advice i would greatly appreciate it and if you have any ideas on what i should add to my pod then please go ahead and tell me. Keep in mind this is not yet finished:

every animation will have a separate animation when ingame. the reason it is flapping is it is looping
it will not do that ingame but you will need to make an open and a close animation

ok so just make the two animations and just not worry about what the overlay thing is? i mean i want this to close as soon as its in the air and not when someone enters. its gunna have space for 12 people so i dont want it to trap people in or out.

whoa don't hold me at that. I am no animator so I would not know what you would need for all your animations. All I was saying is the animations used will not loop like you see in 3ds.

lol i wasnt really holding you to anything, makes sense to have the two animations. im just not sure if the rest is just all scripting and stuff, i may have to look at a few tutorials
