Hi I try to create a server on Halo Custom Edition and get my friend to join it and it says "Unable to join server!" Then he creates a server and it says the same for me! Ive opened all the ports nessecary but it still wont work!

Here are some answers:

1. You made you server as a "lan server" instead of a "internet server"
2. He doesn't have the maps...
3. You both have different versions of halo...

Next time try to search first to see if the question are answered already... do you see the search button on top? yea.. use it.. also there are faqs on the right side of the site...

Mind if you tell me on what you did, like a little bit more detailed...? Because I may have some more options if you do...

I changed the Windows Firewall, and I opened the ports the NETGEAR Router, naming them "haloce"
