But after i download HEK+ and have it in my RAR program, im confused on what to do, can anyone help please?

just extract the entire program's files using the rar program, place the files somewhere on your desktop, and run HEKPlus .exe.

When in me RAR program, this is what happens:
I get just a "Halo Editing Kit..." folder Then when i double click it, halomaps-read... appears under it, then when i double click Halo Editing Kit, it comes to a bunch of things where HEKPlus.exe is one of the option, then when i double click it, it extracts itself and open ito like a blank page with some options, and when i try to do something it doesnt respond and then one or 2 HEK+ wi ndows comeup with tiny strips ofblack and i have to close it all, WTF??? |

Extract HEK+ before you use it. Extracting copies it out of the RAR and puts it into a different folder somewhere. Run that. Also, are you using windows 7? |

Right click the shortcut, click properties. Under the compatibility tab, check "disable desktop composition".

Windows 7 right? Google how to make shourtcuts, maybe you'll find what's wrong.

Download reputable AV software, scan, then download anti-spyware, and scan again. Sometimes trojans and spyware do that to try and scare you into downloading MORE spyware and trojans.
