I know you're new here, so I'll help you out a bit. This is a forum, not facebook or an IM program, you don't need to update us with everything that happens. If you have a genuine question, then yes that's fine to post it, but don't make 3 or 4 topics about it. Also, reply to the old threads, don't make new ones. You can find the reply button right next to the "Posted By "username" on "date"" thing.

Technically yes there is. Unless you are hosting a Halo LAN party, then a party at your house isn't related to Halo, in which case it is off-topic, which is against the rules (you should know that if you read the rules).

i know you shoud change the new topic button with post reply cause its closer and i always click new topic and then im messed up

um... maybe it's not Halo CE related? lol. now if you wer making a map about a party at your house then we'd understand

From the first post in the first topic, to the first post in the last topic regarding your blacked out screen, there was an interval of less than 2 hours. This is a forum, not an IM program, it can take 2 days for someone to respond.
Making multiple topics will not make replies come faster, it will make other forum members annoyed at you.
