First time I get this one. Can anyone help out with ways to fix this? The Sapien Result and in game result is that some faces are tinted Orange and have a tendency to generate exceptions when nearby

Orange? If it is orange in the .wrl, then it has to do with t-joints (believe me, I have had much grief with this).
The best way to fix this is to do a weld of 0.1 on the entire mapmodel, and then scale it up by 1%.
Then see if the error is fixed. It fixed it for me, anyway.

It doesn't create a WRL I don't think so... the Orange part is where it tints the Lightmaps bimaps in Yellow over some areas. That's the actual error.

I had this problem go back into the bsp import the wrl and then look for the spot where it is and uvw map that part first then unwrap it to the fit the others

the debug auto deletes so I guess there's nothing there. the map.wrl has nothing either
